Each member of our team has years of experience treating patients with the highest level of care. We have regular orthodontic staff meetings to keep up-to-date on all the latest orthodontic techniques. We also attend local, regional and national orthodontic meetings, like those we've recently attended in Florida, Arizona, Michigan, California and even Hawaii.
Leigh Ann - Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator
I'm Leigh Ann and I joined the team in June of 2012. I am board certified in orthodontic assisting and coronal polishing. I will be assisting Dr. Hamilton with your initial consultation. At your first visit I will give you an overview of the steps necessary to begin treatment and answer any questions you may have regarding payment arrangements and insurance benefits. As the treatment and financial coordinator, I want you to leave our office feeling confident and well informed. When you're ready to begin treatment, I will help you schedule your first appointments and may also take your pre-treatment records. My husband and I have two wonderful children. I enjoy spending my free time with my family outdoors and love vacationing at the beach.

Crystal - Chairside Assistant
I'm Crystal and I joined the Hamilton Orthodontics team in the fall of 2021. I'm a board-certified orthodontic assistant, and you'll most likely see me for your pre-treatment records where I'll be taking photos, x-rays and a digital scan of your teeth. I also assist Dr. Hamilton with routine appointments. I'll be here to celebrate with you when we remove your braces and your treatment is complete. I love working with people and love being part of such an incredible team. I've lived in Greenbrier County for over twenty years with my husband and three wonderful children. In my free time I enjoy writing music and children's books and supporting my kids in their pursuits.
Makenzie - Chairside Assistant and Lab Technician
I'm Makenzie and I have been working at Hamilton Orthodontics since September 2023. I am board certified in orthodontic assisting and coronal polishing. My responsibilities include assisting you at your routine appointments, making all appliances and ordering our office supplies. I really enjoy the fast-paced work environment, but in my downtime, I like to keep it relaxed. When I'm not at work I'm either with my family, reading, or spoiling my dog. Since joining the team, I have enjoyed getting to know all of my team members and patients. My favorite part of working here is watching our patients' confidence grow as they get their beautiful smiles!
Camryn - Chairside Assistant
Hi, I'm Camryn. I'm a board-certified orthodontic assistant and coronal polisher. You will most likely see me the day we put on your braces and at any routine appointments up until the day your dream smile is achieved. I love getting to know each patient and watching their smiles get brighter with every appointment. Outside of work you can find me with my beautiful, sassy little girl and spending time with my family. I love to travel to new places and vacation with my family.
Tonya - Appointment Coordinator
I am Tonya and I was given the opportunity to join the team in October 2025 as a receptionist. I work in the front office where I answer the phone, take care of many office duties and schedule follow up appointments. I also schedule free consultations, which is where the journey to your beautiful smile begins. I have been a lifelong resident of Greenbrier County and have been blessed with a wonderful husband, two bonus children and several fur babies. I love being outdoors and vacationing at the beach.
Alexis - Chairside Assistant
I'm Alexis and I joined Dr. Hamilton's team in the winter of 2025 having been a dental assistant since 2022. I am a board-certified dental and orthodontic assistant. You will usually see me assisting Dr. Hamilton with routine appointments. I love spending my free time outdoors, reading, and with my friends and family. My favorite part of working here is that it's a fast pace environment, and I love this incredible team! I love helping to create beautiful smiles!
